We assess, prepare, and connect approved hair with suitable clients.
Babalu charges for:
• assessment
• cleaning
• structural refinement (if required)
• These services are required before any resale consideration.
• Fees apply regardless of outcome.
01. Submit your hair for assessment
Bring in your Babalu extensions clean, dry, and detangled.
We only accept hair originally purchased through Babalu.
02. Professional evaluation
We assess:
• overall condition
• dryness and integrity
• shedding and matting
• chemical history
• previous customisation
• weft structure and strength
Not all hair will qualify.
Most submissions do not qualify without preparation.
03. Preparation (if approved)
If your hair is suitable, we prepare it for resale:
• deep cleaning
• restructuring or restitching (if required)
• refining shape and finish
This step is mandatory to protect the next client and the Babalu standard.
04. Listing & connection
Approved hair is selectively offered to clients who are a suitable match in:
• length
• colour range
• density
• texture
Babalu acts as the connector, not the buyer.
The final transaction happens directly between seller and buyer.
05. You get paid (if sold)
If your hair finds a new home, payment is arranged directly between you and the buyer.
Babalu does not handle or guarantee the sale.

The result was achieved through custom texture work, placement, and blending, based on what the hair could safely support.
Not every set is suitable for texture customisation.

Texture work is a refinement, not a transformation of hair type.
Custom texture work is offered as an additional service when the hair condition allows it.
In some cases, texture can be enhanced or introduced. In others, it cannot.
