Validity
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian consumer law.
Monetary Value Only
Gift cards are issued as a monetary value and applied at current pricing at the time of booking.
All services and products are charged at current pricing at the time of booking or redemption.
Eligible Use
Gift cards may be used towards:
• Babalu Hair Haus services.
• Hair extensions (subject to consultation and approval).
• Approved aftercare products.
Gift cards cannot be used for services or items outside of Babalu Hair Haus.
Consultation Requirement
For all new extension clients, a consultation is required before booking an installation or transformation service.
Gift cards do not bypass Babalu’s assessment process or service eligibility.
Bookings & Availability
All bookings are subject to availability.
We recommend redeeming your gift card within 6–12 months to secure preferred appointment times and current pricing.
