Refund and Returns Policy (products)

This policy applies to physical products only (hair extensions and related goods).

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults.

2. Change of Mind

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will offer a refund, replacement, or exchange if:
   •  The product is faulty
   •  The product is not as described
   •  The wrong item was supplied

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible:
   •   Request must be made within 5 days of delivery
   •   Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
   •   All seals must remain intact

We do not accept returns if:
   •   Hair has been installed, worn, or altered
   •   Hair has been chemically treated (toned, bleached, dyed)

5. Return Process

   •   Contact us to request approval
   •   Ship item within 7 days of approval
   •   Once received and inspected, refund will be processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Costs

   •  Return shipping is the client’s responsibility
   •  Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless item is faulty
